We had no problems with our rental. The exact location of the board pick up is a little hard to explain but just look around and you will find it. If you can't take the boards in your car this is the location to rent from (Granite City Event Center). Be prepared to walk with your boards about 300-400 ft to the river. Put in was easy if it's not crowded. The boards were great - we enjoyed it. Would rent here again.

Absolutely a wonderful business. Great experience, and we are hooked. Boards & equipment are quality! Service is outstanding! My aunt fell after returning to shore on some slimed rocks, and they were kind enough to come pick up our boards to make it easier on her walk back to our car. Customers for life! Thank you!

Jamie, was awesome! She has the best boards for rent and everything else you may need for a great experience. She was very accommodating and patient with us too. My son is 13 years old and we had a blast paddling out to the raibow bridge. Definitely wear a life jacket! My son did not want to and a lot of people don’t but I made him wear it and he was grateful as he fell in The lake right in the middle half way to the bridge. He was fine getting Back up.

I had a wonderful experience renting from this business. They were so helpful and I will make sure to tell everyone about them. The gal was so nice and when I arrived late she adjusted my start time. She already had my board inflated and waiting outside for me. Very easy and pleasant renting experience. Highly recommend. :)

Fantastic!! Super convenient location. Took my daughter and we had a blast. It was easy to schedule. We picked up at the pop up location, walked across the street and dropped our boards into the river. Can’t wait to plan another trip. Pricing was very reasonable.

My sister and I rented 2 SUPs for 4 hours and had an amazing time! They really are set up steps away from the water! Free parking with no issues getting our boards.
