Cancellation Policy

We hope nothing gets in the way of your scheduled time out on the water, but we do understand that sometimes things come up!

During the Spring and Summer, all bookings for

• Weekends
• 2 boards or more

will require full payment upfront. 

Full refund - Requests made more than 24 hours from the start book time will be issued a full refund.

Partial refund - Requests made less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $10 per board.

No show - We cannot hold your board indefinitely. We will try to contact you, but if you are unreachable and you do not contact us, we will release the hold on your boards. So please give us a call, as we are here to help.

Severe/Inclement weather or air quality - we will be happy to help reschedule any prepaid bookings to another day.
