Shucks, we didn't want to do it...but the time has come.

Due to its' popularity, and a finite number of paddle boards, we will now implement the following cancellation policy.
We do this to to be fair to those that can make it out on the water, as well as make sure our staff are in the right place, at the right time.

We do understand that things come up, so please make note of the following.

Cancellation Policy as of May 1st 2021

All bookings for

  • Granite City Event Center
  • Weekends
  • 3 boards or more

Require full payment upfront. 

Full refund - Request must be made more than 24 hours from the start book time.

Partial refund - Requests made less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $10 per board.

No show - We will not hold your board indefinitely. We will try to contact you, but if you are unreachable and you do not contact us, we will release the hold on your boards. So please give us a call. We are here to help.

Severe/Inclement weather or air quality - we will be happy to help reschedule any prepaid bookings to another day.
