We had no problems with our rental. The exact location of the board pick up is a little hard to explain but just look around and you will find it. If you can't take the boards in your car this is the location to rent from (Granite City Event Center). Be prepared to walk with your boards about 300-400 ft to the river. Put in was easy if it's not crowded. The boards were great - we enjoyed it. Would rent here again.

Jamie, was awesome! She has the best boards for rent and everything else you may need for a great experience. She was very accommodating and patient with us too. My son is 13 years old and we had a blast paddling out to the raibow bridge. Definitely wear a life jacket! My son did not want to and a lot of people don’t but I made him wear it and he was grateful as he fell in The lake right in the middle half way to the bridge. He was fine getting Back up.
